Client: A leading mobile VAS solutions and set top box/mobile gaming company
Problem: client wanted to be a specialist in the Indian gaming industry, but lacked qualified candidates with specialist skills.
Solution by Dots Connect: Dots Connect decided to work hand-in-hand with the client’s internal HR team, so as to understand the hiring issue, inside out. In a few days, we were able to pinpoint the talent pool, build and develop a robust network/ community of like-minded specialists; conduct face-to-face as well as telephone based interviews, carry out client introductions and manage employment and negotiation offers.
First Project Recap: Sourcing talented Software Engineers who had strong web based application development experience. Dots Connect sourced the right candidates from the Gujarat areas of Ahmedabad, Rajkot and Surat; following which we introduced both side of the parties to each other and managed the entire operations single handedly (from candidate travel plans to center hub interviews at Ahmedabad).
Result: 70 candidates were interviewed in just 2 days at Ahmedabad. After this first drive, soon more such drives followed due to the phenomenal response from prospective candidates. The following roles were filled in by Dots Connect’s well-demonstrated inter-city hiring skills:
